  1. This is a wonderful activity for k students. Students can practice both math and fine motor skills with this activity. I like how the activity requires students to record the equations on a recording sheet.

  2. I am excited to use the "Kids at the Beach Subtraction Math Center" to help my first grade students solve their subtraction facts. I know my students will be eager to clip a clothespin on the correct difference or they can use a dry erase marker to circle the correct difference. It will be helpful to have my students write their equation and difference on the recording sheet. Thank you for this creative center idea!

  3. This activity is great for both my students and my own daughters! The beach theme is always exciting, and as a teacher I like the part about requiring the students to use the recording sheet! (Christie O'Connor)

  4. This packet has really cute graphics that the kids would like. I like the reusable quality to it by using clothes pins to I'd the answer, that's great for being "green"' no pencils to sharpen, and it gives a different twist to regular paper and pencil activities. Looks like a lot of fun! Tracy K.
