I really like this behavior management method. Inappropriate behavior is being dealt with in a positive way. The certificates, weekly check lists, and making good choices sheet make it easy for any teacher to establish an effective management plan for the classroom.
I can definitely see using this with choice students who are struggling with their classroom behavior. It's great to set a perimeter for parent contact without having to nag them daily through email or phone calls (unless necessary!)
